This notice is to inform you that Freeland Systems will no longer support installations on Microsoft Windows 7. As you may or may not know, Microsoft Windows 7 entered end of life on January 14, 2020, and Microsoft will no longer offer patches or security updates for any computer on this operating system. Unfortunately, since this announcement, bugs have come up that have caused issues within our software, and we cannot fix them.

We highly recommend upgrading immediately to Windows 10, or Windows 8. If you are under a support agreement, we can assist with moving the license to a new computer. If your server software is also running on Windows 7, please call our support desk to set up a migration plan. We are not responsible for data lost on your systems during upgrades or migrations, so please have a back up in place, or connect with us and inquire about our offsite archiving/remote reading solutions.
